Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ITGAV mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ITGAV data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher ITGAV mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ITGAV expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CCRCC, PDAC, and LSCC are the cancer types where ITGAV mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
