ITGAV

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAV RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,031 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAV-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTN1, CNN2, and CRTAP. Each is linked with ITGAV in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAV-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGAV versus ACTN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAV→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
