ITGAV

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAV protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,402 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAV-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, ITGB5, and LGALS1. Each is linked with ITGAV in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAV-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGAV versus PDLIM7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAV→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
