ITGAV

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,270 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAV-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB3, PRDX3, and PMPCA. Each is linked with ITGAV in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAV-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 grouped by ITGAV-low versus ITGAV-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAV→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
