Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGAV RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,301 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAV-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of lipoprotein metabolic process, Positive regulation of osteoblast proliferation, and Wound healing, spreading of cells. Each is linked with ITGAV in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAV-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAV results are reported.
