ITGAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,548 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APBB1IP, MYO1F, and ARHGAP25. Each is linked with ITGAM in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAM-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGAM versus APBB1IP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
