ITGAM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,027 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACAP1, ARHGAP9, and ITGAL. Each is linked with ITGAM in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAM-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGAM versus ACAP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
