ITGAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ATM, and MEK1. Each is linked with ITGAM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAM-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by ITGAM-low versus ITGAM-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
