ITGAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300H, APOC4, and PGM3. Each is linked with ITGAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAM-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD300H grouped by ITGAM-low versus ITGAM-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
