ITGAE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,650 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAE-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, IL2RB, and SLAMF1. Each is linked with ITGAE in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAE-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGAE versus GRAP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
