ITGAE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGAE RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,491 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAE-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB6, MED31, and COPS3. Each is linked with ITGAE in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAE-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGAE versus PSMB6 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
