Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGAE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAE-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10K2, OR10T2, and CLEC4M. Each is linked with ITGAE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAE-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAE results are reported.
