ITGA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,510 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, GCHFR, and GAS2L1. Each is linked with ITGA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA5-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 grouped by ITGA5-low versus ITGA5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
