Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,194 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Regulation of mesenchymal stem cell proliferation, and Positive regulation of mesenchymal stem cell proliferation. Each is linked with ITGA5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA5-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA5 results are reported.
