ITGA4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,834 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCG2, STAB1, and ZAP70. Each is linked with ITGA4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA4-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGA4 versus PLCG2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
