ITGA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,680 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL18, BRPF1, and ZNF367. Each is linked with ITGA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA2-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL18 grouped by ITGA2-low versus ITGA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
