ITGA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,216 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIC1, ACTA2, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with ITGA1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA1-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
