ITCH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITCH RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,792 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX17, HMGXB4, and TNRC6B. Each is linked with ITCH in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITCH-to-partner and partner-to-ITCH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITCH versus DDX17 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
