ITCH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITCH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,785 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP169, RNU6-129P, and LINC02380. Each is linked with ITCH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITCH-to-partner and partner-to-ITCH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP169 grouped by ITCH-low versus ITCH-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
