ISX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ISX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISX-associated genes across cancer lineages are INSRR, TAS2R7, and RXFP2. Each is linked with ISX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISX-to-partner and partner-to-ISX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INSRR grouped by ISX-low versus ISX-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
