ISM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,586 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31D5P, RN7SL861P, and ACTBP7. Each is linked with ISM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISM1-to-partner and partner-to-ISM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31D5P grouped by ISM1-low versus ISM1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
