ISM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MEK1, and Akt_pT308. Each is linked with ISM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISM1-to-partner and partner-to-ISM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by ISM1-low versus ISM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
