ISLR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISLR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,973 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISLR-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPHB5, UBE2L3, and KIFC1. Each is linked with ISLR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISLR-to-partner and partner-to-ISLR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPHB5 grouped by ISLR-low versus ISLR-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISLR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISLR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
