ISL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ISL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLUAP1, PRPSAP2, and PTH2R. Each is linked with ISL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISL2-to-partner and partner-to-ISL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLUAP1 grouped by ISL2-low versus ISL2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
