ISCU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISCU RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,570 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISCU-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN11, SART3, and MDH1. Each is linked with ISCU in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISCU-to-partner and partner-to-ISCU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ISCU versus PTPN11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISCU→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISCU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
