Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISCU protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,958 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISCU-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFS1, RLF, and ADM. Each is linked with ISCU in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISCU-to-partner and partner-to-ISCU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ISCU versus NFS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
