ISCA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISCA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1225, LINC02529, and MTCO2P30. Each is linked with ISCA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISCA2-to-partner and partner-to-ISCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1225 grouped by ISCA2-low versus ISCA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
