IRX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,206 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP73, RN7SL451P, and DEFB127. Each is linked with IRX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRX5-to-partner and partner-to-IRX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP73 grouped by IRX5-low versus IRX5-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
