Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,497 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRX5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proximal/distal pattern formation involved in nephron development, Specification of nephron tubule identity, and Specification of loop of Henle identity. Each is linked with IRX5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRX5-to-partner and partner-to-IRX5 results are reported.
