IRX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPPA5, CGB3, and GUCA2A. Each is linked with IRX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRX5-to-partner and partner-to-IRX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPPA5 grouped by IRX5-low versus IRX5-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
