IRS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,096 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT73, OR8B4, and PRLHR. Each is linked with IRS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRS4-to-partner and partner-to-IRS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT73 grouped by IRS4-low versus IRS4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
