IRS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,299 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C75, LMNTD1, and AGXT2. Each is linked with IRS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRS1-to-partner and partner-to-IRS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C75 grouped by IRS1-low versus IRS1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
