IRGM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRGM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRGM-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01230, LINC02563, and MIR4779. Each is linked with IRGM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRGM-to-partner and partner-to-IRGM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01230 grouped by IRGM-low versus IRGM-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRGM→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRGM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
