Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRGM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,838 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRGM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CAMKK-AMPK signaling cascade, Positive regulation of cytoskeleton organization, and Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization. Each is linked with IRGM in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRGM-to-partner and partner-to-IRGM results are reported.
