IRGC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRGC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,788 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC17A7, MEOX2, and FBLN5. Each is linked with IRGC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRGC-to-partner and partner-to-IRGC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IRGC versus SLC17A7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRGC→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRGC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
