IRF8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,129 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LSP1, ARHGAP25, and ARHGAP9_S475. Each is linked with IRF8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF8-to-partner and partner-to-IRF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IRF8 versus LSP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
