IRF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IRF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPRPN, CA5A, and C9orf92. Each is linked with IRF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF8-to-partner and partner-to-IRF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPRPN grouped by IRF8-low versus IRF8-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
