IRF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,290 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, GINS3, and BRI3BP. Each is linked with IRF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRF2-to-partner and partner-to-IRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by IRF2-low versus IRF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
