IRAK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IRAK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,282 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IRAK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P5, RNU1-73P, and ZFP91-CNTF. Each is linked with IRAK3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IRAK3-to-partner and partner-to-IRAK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P5 grouped by IRAK3-low versus IRAK3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IRAK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IRAK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
