IQUB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IQUB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQUB-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIR3DL1, KRTAP4-7, and USP17L11. Each is linked with IQUB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQUB-to-partner and partner-to-IQUB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIR3DL1 grouped by IQUB-low versus IQUB-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQUB→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQUB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
