IQSEC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQSEC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,236 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQSEC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-128P, BUB3, and ZNF367. Each is linked with IQSEC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQSEC3-to-partner and partner-to-IQSEC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-128P grouped by IQSEC3-low versus IQSEC3-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQSEC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQSEC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
