Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,817 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IQCM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-95P, RNU6-210P, and LINC00294. Each is linked with IQCM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCM-to-partner and partner-to-IQCM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-95P grouped by IQCM-low versus IQCM-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCM→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
