IQCM

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCM-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with IQCM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCM-to-partner and partner-to-IQCM results are reported.
