IQCK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 500 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMTOR1, ADGRL3, and MAT1A. Each is linked with IQCK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCK-to-partner and partner-to-IQCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LAMTOR1 grouped by IQCK-low versus IQCK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
