Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IQCJ Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IQCJ data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher IQCJ Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IQCJ expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA are the cancer types where IQCJ Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
