IQCH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,117 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-75P, CXXC1, and RPL39P40. Each is linked with IQCH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCH-to-partner and partner-to-IQCH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-75P grouped by IQCH-low versus IQCH-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
