IQCH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IQCH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 255 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are IZUMO1R, LRIT1, and TNP1. Each is linked with IQCH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCH-to-partner and partner-to-IQCH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IZUMO1R grouped by IQCH-low versus IQCH-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
