IQCF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 488 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS26AP1, CDCA4P2, and SPCS2P4. Each is linked with IQCF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCF1-to-partner and partner-to-IQCF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VPS26AP1 grouped by IQCF1-low versus IQCF1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
