IQCE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IQCE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL17A, OR8D4, and GSX1. Each is linked with IQCE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCE-to-partner and partner-to-IQCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL17A grouped by IQCE-low versus IQCE-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
