IQCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,335 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCTN2, CCDC30, and SPA17. Each is linked with IQCD in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCD-to-partner and partner-to-IQCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IQCD versus TCTN2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
